This policy explains what happens to information when you visit Fakevidence or use its screenshot generators.
1. Generator content
Uploaded images, messages, names and customization choices are currently processed locally in your browser. They are used to render the preview and downloaded image and are not intentionally transmitted to or stored by a Fakevidence application server.
2. Technical data
Like most websites, the hosting and network infrastructure may automatically record technical information such as IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser type, device information, referring page and error or security events. These logs may be used to deliver the site, maintain reliability, prevent abuse and investigate incidents.
3. Third-party resources
The site's fonts and interface assets are hosted with Fakevidence and do not require requests to a font provider. Links to external websites are governed by those websites' own policies.
4. Cookies, accounts and analytics
Fakevidence currently does not provide user accounts and does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies. If analytics, advertising, consent tools or accounts are added, this policy and any required consent controls should be updated before they are enabled.
5. Retention
Generator content is held in the browser only for the active page session unless you download it or your browser preserves page state. Retention of infrastructure logs is controlled by the relevant hosting and network providers according to operational and security needs.
6. Your choices
- Do not upload material you do not want processed on your device.
- Close or reload the page to clear the current generator state.
- Use browser controls to manage site data and third-party requests.
- Avoid the service if you do not agree with this processing.
7. Children
The service is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to online services in their jurisdiction. Do not submit personal information about children without appropriate authority and a lawful purpose.
8. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when the service or its data practices change. The effective date identifies the current version. A dedicated privacy contact channel will be added when the site's operating contact details are finalized.
